Thank You. This told me there is a tremendous amount of interest in this and it's hard to move things forward. Many of the groups we brought here have been doing things for some time. There is a lot of work to be done. Are you encouraged? Any other comments from the group? It would be helpful if you published reports on what is happening and what is going on throughout our community. That gets me thinking. I'd like to see more sharing of what is being tried and how it is going and who to contact. That would be helpful. Maybe a newsletter? Buying one of those voting kits and renting them out for our use would be interesting. I came as a collaboration model but I learned a lot while I was here. I learned a lot from others and I'm going back to my community to talk to others and see what kind of opportunities exist outside of just childhood services. Families have multiple needs. We want to meet all the needs of the people in our communities. My families have job and training needs. They have food needs. They have housing needs. I'm going to look at creating a one stop shop of collaborations that can support all the needs of the families in our community. The web site will be available at http://www.innovationlabs.com/aspen/ There is a link to the other meetings there and there is a link to an article about the Chicago meeting that Mike Berry and his team did. The original paper we've done is there as well. At some point we'll do a paper on collaboration. |
